"THE FRONT DESK PERSON COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL. OUR ORIGINAL ROOM ASSIGNMENT DID NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONING HEATER. HE IMMEDIATELY CAME TO LOOK AT IT. WHEN HE REALIZED IT WAS BROKEN, HE OFFERED US ANOTHER ROOM. HE WAS ALSO VERY APOLOGETIC. IT WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT HIS FAULT SINCE THE PLACE WAS OLD AND NOT VERY NICE. I WAS DISSAPOINTED IN THE HOTEL, SO MUCH SO THAT WE DID NOT STAY THE SECOND NIGHT."
